Story

Kit is a secret Hong Kong police officer who becomes addicted to drugs in order to put together a criminal gang that has been kidnapping people and sending them to Thailand, where victims are killed and their organs sold in a black market. The mastermind behind the syndrate, Mr. Hung, she has a rare heart condition and needs a heart transplant to extend her life. Hung's little brother is a good heart donor.

When Hung sends his men to kill his brother, the situation escalates and a gunshot is fired because the police have been denied by Kit over the kidnapping program. Hungile's brother was injured during the shooting but was rescued by police. Kiti, on the other hand, escapes with his captors but his cover is smashed. Hung men killed Kit's friend and found himself unknowingly sent to a Thai prison. The superintendent, Ko Chun, works for Hung and has been keeping captive victims alive before their limbs were killed. Kit was sentenced to life in prison.
